Case Manager

Anne Nasam is a personal injury case manager who guides clients through every stage of their claim, from intake and treatment coordination to preparing their case for settlement. She takes real pride in being a steady, reliable point of contact, the person clients can always reach to feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process.

As part of an auto accident injury firm, Anne works on the full range of cases the firm handles, including car accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, pedestrian accidents, bicycle and e-bike accidents, rideshare accidents, hit-and-run claims, and uninsured and underinsured motorist claims. That breadth gives her the experience to recognize what each type of case needs and to manage every client’s claim with the same level of care and attention.

Before moving into case management, Anne led and supervised a team of more than 50 legal assistants. That leadership experience sharpened the communication, organization, and problem-solving skills she now brings to managing cases efficiently and proactively, staying ahead of issues before they become problems. What she values most is giving clients structure, reassurance, and genuine support during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

Anne is committed to making sure every case is built for maximum value. She works closely with clients to keep their treatment on track, documents each case thoroughly, and stays in close communication with the legal team so that no detail is overlooked and every claim is positioned for the strongest possible recovery.

Outside of work, Anne values family time and staying grounded, which keeps her motivated to help others with professionalism, compassion, and care.
