Jimin Oh founded Solution Now Law Firm with a vision to create an unparalleled legal practice characterized by its dedication to personal attention for each client. Leading a team of passionate and devoted attorneys, Jimin is committed to fighting tirelessly for car accident victims against insurance companies, ensuring they receive a fair and full settlement for their injuries and property damage.

As a persuasive and successful personal injury lawyer, Jimin brings extensive experience to her role. Her personal connection to these cases is profound—her husband was seriously injured in a car accident, giving her a deep understanding of the stress and emotional toll these disputes can entail. She combines compassion with aggressive advocacy to protect her clients’ rights under the law.

 Jimin’s expertise spans a wide range of accident types, including motorcycle accidents, side and rear-impact accidents, drunk driving accidents, bike accidents, e-Scooter (Lime, Bird) accidents, pedestrian accidents, Uber/Lyft accidents, and delivery driver accidents. She skillfully handles cases involving soft tissue injuries, severe fractures, permanent scars, and traumatic brain injuries (TBI).

Before founding her firm, Jimin honed her litigation and negotiation skills at the Santa Clara Superior Court under the Honorable Julie Emede and at the Santa Clara Public Defender’s Office. Her experience at the Katherine & George Alexander Community Law Center and several prominent Bay Area law firms further equipped her to manage high-conflict and complex personal injury cases.

Jimin holds a Juris Doctor from the Santa Clara University School of Law, where she consistently made the Dean’s List and earned the WITKIN Award for Best Negotiated Settlement and Appellate Advocacy.
