Garrett Brief

Garrett Brief is a passionate and dynamic plaintiffs’ attorney with more than 20 years of experience in personal injury law, now serving accident victims throughout the Bay Area and across California. His practice focuses on auto accident, wrongful death, and dog bite cases, and over his career he has recovered millions of dollars for injured clients.

Garrett believes that strong representation begins with listening. He takes the time to understand each client’s concerns and to explain the legal process with patience, building the trust and clarity that carry a case forward. A skilled negotiator known for detailed strategy, he brings that same care to securing successful outcomes for the people he represents.

Beyond the courtroom, Garrett is deeply committed to making a difference in his community. He contributes his time and resources to advocate for underprivileged school children in Southern California, serving as an executive board member of Food Finders and Team 100, two organizations that play a crucial role in supporting the educational and nutritional needs of children in need.

Garrett is a magna cum laude graduate of Gonzaga Law School and holds an undergraduate degree from UC Santa Barbara, where he excelled in the Political Science honors department. He is licensed to practice before all California state courts.

Garrett balances his professional ambitions with a heartfelt dedication to serving his community, embodying the values of compassion and commitment both as an attorney and a community leader. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, walking their dogs, attending concerts, and taking in the California coastline.
