Case Manager
Deborah Kim spent years working in the medical field before personal injury, giving her a command of both the medical treatment and the insurance sides of an injury claim that sets her apart. She understands how treatment works, how insurance companies evaluate claims, and how the two connect, and she puts that knowledge to work for her clients every day. As a bilingual Korean-speaking case manager, she takes special pride in helping Korean clients feel informed, supported, and fully understood throughout what can be a very stressful process.
What matters most to Deborah is making sure accident victims never feel alone or overwhelmed. Many clients have told her that simply talking with her feels therapeutic, because she takes the time to listen, explain treatment options, and walk them through the fear, stress, and uncertainty that follow an accident. Accidents are unpredictable, but Deborah believes that when they happen, clients deserve guidance focused not only on their recovery today, but on protecting their health and well-being well into the future.
Deborah takes pride in honest communication, setting realistic expectations, and working closely with the team to maximize each client’s outcome.
Outside of work, Deborah enjoys exploring new restaurants around the Bay Area, spending time with her baby and family, and giving back through homeless outreach, including food distribution, prayer, and community support.
