Odalys Mendoza is a bilingual operations leader with over 15 years of experience in personal injury law, driven by a deep passion for helping people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. She has built her career around one belief: that injured clients deserve to be treated as people first, and that every case should be built to win. Her focus is simple and relentless, which is making sure each client walks away with the maximum recovery possible.

As Director of Operations, Odalys personally oversees every case the firm’s case managers handle. She reviews each file in detail, works through strategy with the team, and makes sure no opportunity to strengthen a client’s case is ever missed. She also works closely with the firm’s attorneys to keep the operational process behind every case meticulous and consistent, so that each file moves forward with precision and nothing falls through the cracks. Beyond day-to-day operations, she takes a leading role in supervising and managing the firm’s high-value cases, including those valued at over $500,000.

Odalys brings a strong command of accident-related medical issues to her work, with knowledge spanning traumatic brain injuries (TBI), spinal cord and disc injuries, fractures, internal injuries, and the soft-tissue injuries that so often follow a serious collision. That medical insight allows her to recognize the true severity of a client’s injuries and make sure their treatment and case value are never undersold.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Odalys connects easily with the firm’s diverse clientele and treats every case with the urgency and care she would want for her own family.

Outside of work, Odalys is an artist who sketches, paints in oils, and works with pottery. She loves reading, meditation, fitness, hiking, scuba diving, and cycling, and she spends much of her free time outdoors with her two dogs, Mayhem and Kaos, and her Holland Lop bunny, Vienna. She is also active in her church, where service, community, and personal growth guide everything she does.
