Vanessa Genova supports the firm’s closing team by caring for clients through the very end of their journey and beyond. Once a case has been successfully resolved, Vanessa follows up to make sure each client is fully satisfied with how their case was handled, has received their settlement check, has no lingering questions, and feels completely informed every step of the way. Her focus is on appreciation, clear communication, and long-term client satisfaction, making sure every client feels valued and well taken care of long after their case is closed.
That commitment is part of what sets the firm apart. For Vanessa and the team, a client is never just a closed file. The relationship continues, and clients know the door is always open if they ever need the firm again.
Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys traveling, trying new food spots, watching documentaries and movies, and spending quality time with family and friends.
