• Obtaining the police report
• Collecting your photos, videos, witness statements, and other evidence
• Filing SR-1 with DMV on your behalf
• Gathering key information about your injuries, symptoms, and how the incident has affected your daily life

Your job is to focus on healing — our job is to handle everything else.

We assist you with all property damage–related issues that come up after an accident. If you experience any difficulties with getting your car repaired, arranging a rental vehicle, navigating a total-loss situation, or obtaining your deductible reimbursement, we will step in and help resolve those problems.There are no attorney fees for any property-damage assistance we provide. It is a complimentary service for our clients.

If you don’t have health insurance or are having trouble finding a doctor, we make sure you can still receive medical care.We connect you with trusted local providers, including:

• Chiropractors
• Physical therapists
• Orthopedic doctors
• Pain management specialists
• Neurologists
• Acupuncturists
• Psychologists or psychiatrists
• Imaging centers (MRI, X-ray, CT scans)

You will only be referred to the doctors necessary for your specific injuries and recovery. Every case is different, and your treatment plan will be customized for you.

While you focus on recovering, our team is actively strengthening your case behind the scenes.We:

• Stay in close communication with you
• Track your symptoms and how your injuries affect your work and daily life
• Gather medical records and bills from every provider
• Organize evidence to support pain, limitations, and long-term effects
• Build a clear picture of your injuries and how they have impacted your life

This is a critical stage because a well-documented recovery leads to a stronger case and a higher settlement value.

When your treatment is complete, we prepare a comprehensive settlement package — also known as a demand packet — and send it to the insurance company.This package includes:

• All medical records and bills
• Proof of pain, suffering, and lifestyle impact
• Evidence of wage loss or missed work
• Future medical needs
• Photos, statements, and documentation of your injuries
• A clear explanation of why the insured party is responsible

What is a demand packet?
It is a detailed presentation of your injuries, damages, and losses.
Its purpose is to show the insurance company the true value of your case, justify your compensation, and start the negotiation process.

Once the insurance company receives it, they begin reviewing your case and preparing their offers.

After the insurance company finishes reviewing the settlement package, we begin the negotiation process.During negotiations:

• We challenge low offers and aggressively negotiate on your behalf
• We present additional documentation when necessary
• We keep you updated throughout
• You approve any settlement decisions

Most cases settle without going to court. However, if the settlement offer is too low, we discuss the option of litigating your case.
We are an actively litigating law firm, and we are not afraid to take your case to court to fight for fair compensation.
If litigation is the best way to maximize your recovery, we will be ready.

When a fair settlement is reached, we review the settlement agreement with you in detail.What is a settlement agreement?
It is a legal document that finalizes the terms of the settlement.
It confirms:

• The amount the insurance company will pay
• That your injury claim is resolved
• That you will not pursue further action for this specific incident

We explain every section in plain English so you understand exactly what you are signing.

Once the settlement is finalized, the insurance company issues the settlement check.While we wait for the check to arrive, we work on reducing your medical bills ensuring that you receive the highest net recovery possible.

When everything is complete, you receive a detailed Settlement Breakdown Statement, which clearly shows:

• Total settlement amount
• All medical bills
• Reductions we secured

Your case is then officially closed.
